A freezer full of deer meat (thanks to my godfather) has encouraged me to come up with some new ways to use venison.   Don't worry, you can sub beef if you don't have any hunters in your family!  Philly Cheesesteaks have a lot of calories, so I re-made the classic into a better-for-you wrap.
