This Broccoli Ham & Cheese Egg Bake is basically a crustless quiche, kind of like a frittata.  If you like scrambled eggs, you will probably like it!  This recipe makes a great breakfast, but pair it with some lightly dressed mixed greens, and you can call it lunch :)
